EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day,

I am writing this as a dissatisfaction to your company, I am receiving calls from this company from 07:30am in the morning calling me with different numbers daily about 5-7 times which is ridiculous. Everytime i block a number they call me with a different one. The service i have received from this company was poor to say the least, i was referred by my sister to receive a gift in December and provided all my details. No one came to deliver,no follow-up call was done so i decided i am no longer interested. due to the harassment of phone calls i sent an email to your customer more than once but it was not helpful as i am still receiving calls. Only for 24 hours they stopped calling but it continued again. The person who claims i was removed from the database was the "supervisor" Aneshari Padiachy as the last email was on the 10th of March. I DO NOT WANT TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH PLATINUM LIFE NOR THEIR PRODUCTS OR WHATEVER YOU SELL
