Good day I joined platinum life few years ago and the customer service I receive from the consultant is brilliant, my self working in customer environment is same times hard to keep your post and be calm at all times. the lady who helped me with my query was out of the world first thing I notice of her it was her warmnesss and smile over the phone I may not seeing her face but I felt it. she was so understanding met my needs half way. the cherry on top she spoke in my language I really felt comfortable and hear. I really appreciated your outstanding services, it motivated me to go the extra miles for my clients. Million thanks
