Exceptional Customer Service
I had requested to cancel a policy I had with Platinum Life as I had the same cover through the company I work for, Dimpho managed to retain me as a client after providing me with valuable information about the cover and a reduced premium.
Her service was impeccable and she is well clued up with the benefits of their policies, she shared with me information that made me decide to stay with Platinum Life.
Excellent customer service from her.
