Excellent service received from agent Mievette. Immediate response received and not even a, I will get back to you. Now that I'm not working anymore I needed to cancel my policy. She made me realize that I could reduce the payment on my policy instead of canceling. I felt so relieved. Thank you Mievette and keep up the good work. I know there are many out there in my situation that need someone like you just to give best advise and not to give up. I'm very happy with the service received. Thank you Platinum Life
