Excellent service from Queen
I would like to thank Queen for her exceptional service with my policy. Queen showed empathy, care and understanding. Service is not about how you feel about a customer its about how you make that customer feel after your interaction with them. Thank you so much Queen and keep PLATINUM LIFE... Platinum!!
