Excellent service. Farhana at Platinum Life.
Farhana at Platinum Life was a star. Three months ago I was unable to keep up my monthly contributions due to financial problems. We are SASSA pensioners and have been loyal contributors for many years. Farhana made a plan for us. Halfed our monthly and told me I could restart contributions in mid April only. My policy was re-issued and adjusted accordingly. This is a very important Cancer/Life policy for us. I was so surprised and happy with the wonderful service I received! I needed not to worry any further about losing our important policy. Thank you once again to Farhana. I can recommend him to anyone. Excellent service.
