Excellent Service

We're normally quick to lodge complaints, but I want to be quicker to lodge compliments. I've been with Platinum Life for years now and never received any kind of bad service like e.g being transferred from 1 to another due to lack of knowledge, not doing what has been agreed upon or even a unfriendly employee. All staff have always walked the extra mile like Christelle who returned my call and quickly and swiftly amended my policy due to retrenchment. And the cherry on top was that she assisted me with compassion and empathy on top of her expertise advice. Thanks again Christelle and Platinum Life for having such amazing service. Bless your hearts.
