From first point of contact the staff are friendly helpful and shows sympathy and empathy. When I got diagnosed with breast cancer I was treated with love from all the ladies I spoke with. When I put a claim through the claims lady Mandelee was so professional and kept me updated and the claim came through successfully. Over all I'm so please and trust platinum life as my policy and will recommend it to other women.
