Excellent Service

Its been twice where I have been in a position where I requested my policy be cancelled, one due to financial constraints and the other for personal reasons. Both incidences, the consultants that dealt with my query were absolutely remarkable. They were friendly, they showed empathy in both situations, helped me understand that I do have other options, in turn I got peace of mind, knowing I have cover with a team of people who only have my best interest at heart. Im in absolutely awe at the level of service, professionalism, product knowledge, courtesy, friendliness, empathy, accuracy, I received from the consultants that assisted me. I felt like Platinum Lifes only client. One can only admire and be proud to know if anything happens im in good hands.
