Excellent customer service from Marna
I had such a pleasant experience with the telesales consultant Marna. I wanted to cancel my policy with Platinum but she assisted me to downscale rather than cancel as some of the cover I needed. I have seen so many people complain about Platinum life but I am happy with the service I received.
