Excellent customer service
I had been offered an upgrade,which is currently unaffordable.I sent through an email declining the upgrade.Theresa contacted me in this regard, and was very helpful,resulting in the upgrade being done at a much more affordable rate. Thank you,Theresa,for exceptional customer service!
