Excellent customer service
I sent an email to Platinum Life to cancel my policy due to financial reasons. I got a call from Lenice who assisted me to keep my cancer policy at less than half the price that I’m currently paying. Ensuring that I don’t loose all my previous premiums made and making it possible to still have the cover benefits. Thank you very much Lenice! Your understanding had me baffled. You professional s****s are indeed a great benefit to Platinum Life!
