Excellent Customer Service

I had a policy with platnuim life since 2018, i called in to cancel my policy as I will be leaving work due to my 3year old son being diagnosed with leukemia and Dimpho called me back to offer me a price cut in my policy just so i could keep it as she understands how important the policy is. I am absolutely amazed at the service given, not every company has that amazing customer ethic and lives such values where they put the customer first, so thank you again to platnuim life for the excellent service.
