Excellent client service
Had the pleasure of interacting with Margie from Platinum life on the 28th of January 2020, and I must say this interaction was not painful at all. Her pleasant demeanor and helpfulness made the call and all round experience of dealing with a contact centre a breeze! Keep up the excellent service Margie!
