EXCELLENT CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Spoke to Dimpho yesterday regarding my policy. She was so patient and pleasant to speak to. We had network problems but she kept calling back until I was happy with everything we discussed. She is very knowledgable about the product and was able to answer all my questions. I was actually cancelling the policy but because of her outstanding service I ended up keeping it and adding a beneficiary. I'd be happy to consult with her in future regarding my policy :)
