Excellent assistance
Lerato assisted me immediately with my query, where an external call centre did not process my upgrade accordingly and I was debited an amount I was not expecting. This was corrected within seconds. Thanks allot, it's because of great, friendly and efficient service like that that I have been with Platinum life for so long. You made an eminence difference in my day.
