Empty promises
I was called in December for a present up to date I have not received a call stating why I never got it yet bad services.

You were contacted on the 9th of December 2019 for a promotional gift. The consultant would have advised that you will receive an sms with more information within the next 4-6 weeks.
As per our referral department, an sms with the link to redeem the gift of your choice was sent out yesterday. I have arranged for this to be resent again.
Once redeemed, your gift will be delivered within 2 weeks.
