Elain phoned me 2 weeks ago and explain all my benefits for my policy. She was effient, quick as I asked to be, clear on the product, professional, kind, friendly, interacting very well even through a joke in here and there which I appreciated as it did not only go about her work but she was also very interested in her client. Very responsive and ettentive, love her character and her bubbly personality. Keep on doing you Elaine thanks for who you are.
