Early debit order collection

The debit order was collect earlier than the agreed upon date!! When I called I was told that a sms was sent and that I should have contacted them if I did not agree with this. Unfortunately my phone was broken and I was unable to read anything on it and therefore missed the message. They do have client email adresses, why not use it to communicate important matters like this? Not everyone is paid early in December and this practice puts one in a unnecessary predicament!!!!!!!!!!!

Its ******* to debit accounts prior to agreed dates as per contract, regardless.
