Double debit orderx
Early dec i sent a email requesting they dont take the debit order earlier like previous years as i dont get paid earlier. They should stay with 1st of each month as I requested about 3 years ago as i get paid the last day of the month. They debited by account on the 31st Dec and again 2nd Jan. So I basically paid twice for Dec . Either refund me or i will cancell this policy, you keep on putting up installments and i pay without complaints but taking money twice saying im now covered Jan aswell is bull.

I have followed up on this matter and would like to provide feedback.
Please note that Mr Fourie contacted our team to request that no early debit order be processed and to amend his existing debit order date. This request was actioned accordingly; however, he was advised by our team that the change would result in two debit orders being processed close together.
As the policyholder, Mr Fourie is welcome to contact our team directly, and we will gladly assist him with the premiums that were deducted.

We asked that the debit order doesnt go off early again like what happened 2024 as he doesn’t get paid early and that it should ho off on the notmal date of 1st. Please read all previous emails from 2024 and listen to all the recorded phone conversations over the years the debit order has always been the 1st of each month as he gets paid the last day of the month you just choose to take whenever.
