Does Not Adhere To The Law
Cold calling non stop... I have never verbally, telephonically or electronically contacted these people meaning they have gained access to my information without my consent. Have now handed this over to the Information Regulator along with all call logs received for violating the POPI act brought into law on the 1st of July 2020. They do not adhere to the national OPT OUT database and are now operating outside of the law.

31 Jul 2020, 10:38So once again you people have started cold calling me... You don't seem to get the point or understand how to operate in an ethical or professional manner. As of yesterday, the Department of Justice responded to my complaint with regards to your business not adhering to the POPI act. After my first review the calls seemed to have stopped and I would've taken no further action. However as you've decided to start harrasing me again I think it's time the law takes its course.

I never asked to be on your contact list and acknowledging that you have one is in breach of the POPI act. You need to understand that cold calling, whether it be me or any other person in this country is no longer an acceptable form of marketing. I find it disgusting that you think harassing members of the public on a daily basis during this very difficult time is a completely acceptable form of business practice. Where is your conscious and your morals. Finally, I never brought you into my life but you're asking me to contact you to take your company out of my life. Do you see the stupidity in this?
