Dishonest.
I was contacted by Platinum Life. They then offered me a R 1 000 gift card. I was told it was a take alot voucher after giving my enitire phonebook to the consultant. I received a voucher for Isabella Garcia. They haven't been honest from the start. I feel **** too and when phoning them to query they just said sorry thats all they have. This is not fair. I want my Take alot voucher to buy something that is worth my while.

I have requested and listened to the call made to you in September 2020. In the call, the consultant does advise that the voucher is for one of our sister companies and can be used online. She did not mention a Takealot voucher.
