Disappointed in consultant behaviour and forcing of policies!

After explaining to the consultant yesterday, that I do not want to have a policy. The consultant still forces it on me providing a 30 day free period. Today his colleague contacted me confirming my policy. After explaining to him that I am UNEMPLOYED and a FULL TIME STUDENT...meaning NO INCOME!!!! He has the audacity to put the phone down in my ear. Totally unprofessional. Just because you need commission!!! What a disgrace!!
