Disappointed at platinum life
Platinum life I had life policy with them years back then I canceled because I couldn't go further with it due to finances. Now this year they called me and convinced me to reopen it with lesser amount persuading me by lying, they said them will pay me cash back first on August 31 2026, for the first time and that it will automatically be deposited to my account of which it never happened. But as I reopen my policy at that moment, they're deducting the money from my account The cash back promised it never happened I'm so disappointed
