Although the autoreply said I'll get assistance within 24 hours, Denae Brown rep**** in a few hours and my query was attended to. On Wednesday 31 May 2017, in less than 42 hours after she assisted me i received my gift package.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dedicated client care consultants still exist. I love the service there. </p>
