Dear Ms Ulrich,

Thank you for your query.

We do not have any access to your banking details.

Our sales department do have a strict script that they have to adhere to at all time.

We ask for banking details during the sales call because the policy contract that we send to clients is a valid contract. However there is a 30 day legal review period that is given to every client to go through the policy and determine whether they are happy with the policy.

All calls are recorded and can be forwarded to you.

Your details have also been placed on our do not contact database.

Kindly let me know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

Kind Regards

Marietjie Kotzé
