Debit orders while you need to think about it.

I have been contacted by Palntinum Life while on the phone I kept on saying I need to think about this policy. Yes Madam. Moments later while on another call a debit order has been placed. I send email, phoned and 2 weeks later, I still have a debit order on my account this company doesn't wanna help. I really tried.

Thank you so much for taking my call.

As discussed, please note that the mandate is sent out after you have spoken to our sales team but the first debit order is only scheduled to be deducted on the 30th of November 2021, after your 30 day review period.

I have sent an email with more information as well to assist regarding this matter.
