Debit order more than authorised !
After speaking to a consultant from platinum and the consultant assuring me that the debit order will be reduced as per my request , debit order has gone off my acc and I cannot stop it . Platinum life are quick to increase and take money but the service is horrible !

I have received your complaint and I have reached out to Mrs Jansen van Rensburg regarding this matter.
Kindly note that the premium for October was still tracking at the bank when the policy was adjusted and we were unable to stop it on our side. I have arranged a refund for the amount taken and the policy is set to continue on the premium discussed
