Debit order going off but NO documents reveived as promised

I was contacted by an Platinum Life agent in May. I was promised that I will receive documents to go through begore the first debit order go through. June 23 2016 bebit order is off but NO documents received yet, They kept asking me for my bank details before I could make a decision to accept the policy based on documentation that I could go through on my own. I think the sales technique is B.S. How can you request banking details from a customer before he could make a informative decision. Platinum Life. I think you are doing bad biz. Money went off but NO documentation. I dont know what the HELL I am paying for. I want my money back please. You made a promise and once again you failed to deliver. You remind me of a Political party. Full of promises.
