I want my money back that was taken on a day that is not my debit order day and for an amount higher than agreed on. I have lodged a complaint with the ombudsman. How do you take my last money on the 25th when I get paid 30th. How do u expect me to get to work or by bread for my kids till I get paid. I can't afford to borrow money. My policy number is Platinum Life *** I want this mandate canceled and my money back
