Danielle was beyond my expectations
Danielle was beyond my expectations. She fully understood my situation and instead of pressuring me into making more payments or Increasing my debit order she took the time to understand me and made me feel like everything would be okay. Because of her and the way Platinum has treated me so far I'm happy and content with giving them 5 stars, if there were. More I'd give more.
