Danielle is a very compassionate person

Danielle is a very compassionate person. I enjoyed chatting to her merely because I felt that she was not only trying to sell a policy but there was a human element behind the conversation it didn't feel like a sales pitch. I wanted to cancel the policy because of financial constraints but she had empathy for my situation and gave me words of encouragement also advising me to rather pause the policy till my situation changed. I felt much better after chatting to her about my situation it was a pleasant call
