CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
I received a call from one of your call center agents as I was nominated or referred by one of my colleagues to get a "free gift". The agent informed me that they would like to send me a free gift and asked me for my personal information as to where to send the gift to... i then indicated that I'm not actually interested in taking out any products be it life cover etc. in a very calm manner I DECLINED the gift as I have a lot on my plate and cant additional things to my plate... but instead of ending the call in polite way she abruptly ended the call... IS THAT WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! this was just plain rude man! I'M ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS...
