Customer service excellence consistency
I have been with Platinum for almost 8 years. Throughout these years SA faced many economic challenges which I personally felt, but instead of making me pay high installments, Platinum Life always adjusted my policy to suit my personal needs. Unlike many service providers Platinum life ensures that they check in with their clients. I'm truly grateful for and privileged to be a part of the Platinum life Clientele
