Customer service at the heart of your business!
In these trying times placing policies etc on hold has been a must for some of us. I had the pleasure of dealing with Riona at the call centre. What an amazing experience! Riona had absolute empathy for my situation and immediately assisted me with stopping my debit order. Riona is a customer service professional who took the time to listen to my concerns and answered with genuine care.
