Customer care via email???

I know I have said that they shouldn't phone me, but an email informing me with how much my policy would be going up, would have been very nice. It seems that they just don't care about giving any customer feedback regards to this matter. If it weren't for the fact that I would loose all the money I spent already, I would have cancelled this policy a long time ago. If they don't bug you with phone calls, one have to sit and guess with how much your policy would increase and then when the deductions are done - there goes your budget. People have to work with budgets these days and if things are different is have a big impact.

It seems that contacting your clients to let them know about premium increases are none existent. My policy going up with R62.52 may not seem a lot to you, but to me it is money that I haven't budgeted for. I would really appreciate it Platinum Life could email a person notifying me about a premium increase. All the other insurances and placed emails a person when premium increases are to be set in. Surely an email is not too much to ask. I am sure that my email address is on my policy details.
