I have been nominated by two people which is my collegue and cousin . The consultant phoned and I informed him that I still did not get the gift from the first nomination and told it will be resolved within 2 days. I have been waiting for 2 weeks no resolution and they have my details both gifts was never received. Platinum are ***** people that promising **** gift to their clients

Kindly note that you were nominated in 2020 to receive a promotional gift. An SMS with a voucher was sent out on the 2nd of December 2020. This has been resent via email for your records.
You were recently nominated again. Your details were captured in September and the consultant advised that an SMS will be sent out within 4-6 weeks. As this time period has not been reached yet, you are still set to receive it as promised.
Kindly note that we are a registered FSP and all our conduct is in line with current legislation.
