**** Cover for Cancer
What a useless cover, money wasteful, money **** policy to ever have. I had it since 2008 and the money refund refund keeps changing so you get hooked and when you try and cancel there is no refund. What a loss. I regret it so bad and there is no refund or money back to my 15 years since I joined and my family has no history of cancer. **** **** of note.

I have received your review and would like to provide more information regarding this matter.
Kindly note that your policy is a risk cover and does not accrue a surrender or cash value. Please refer to the General terms and conditions in your policy contract which states that “The policy does not: accrue a surrender value".
A value added benefit that is coupled onto the policy is the money back benefit (as per your policy documents). Once the specific term has expired (please see your policy schedule for this date), and your policy is in force and claim free, a lump sum of 50% of all the premiums paid, is paid back to you. The money back date cant be changed or amended and has been the set since the commencement of the policy, This would have been discussed in the sales call and I have requested this call on my side to confirm what was advised.
We always try to ensure that you are aware of how the policy works and all options available in terms of your cover and benefits. Our cancellation team will discuss this with you as well, when you are contacted within the week.
