You know there is nothing I love more than great service provided by an employee that is passionate about their job. It was such a pleasure getting assistance from Rose of Platinum Life. I made the call to actual cancel my policy that I had decided was too expensive for me. She made me see that there was a lower premium and reminded me why I took out this policy in the first place. The questions she was asking me just to get to understand the situation I am in currently were just perfect. Keep it up Rose, I can tell you love what you do at Platinum Life.
