Consultant who force people to join
I have been trying to cancel the policy with platinum life which i was forced into by their consultant Nkosinathi. I foned them telling them i need the policy canceled spoke to the indian lady who promised me it will be canceled and i willget an email to notify me that its been canceled its now been 2weeks i havent got the email or call

The policy was sold to you on the 11th of June, therefore 2 weeks have not yet gone by, nor did we receive any call from you to cancel the policy.
We did, however, receive an email to cancel the policy on the 21st of June at 06:35 pm, to which we responded on the 22nd of June, confirming the cancellation.
I apologise if you feel the consultant persistent, our policies are always completely optional.
