Constant tele sales harassment using unidentifiable numbers

This company has tele sales people phoning constantly - sometimes more than once a day - telephone numbers appear as “2” or international number. They have my name and surname - definitely without my permission. They are using my private information without my permission and are harassing me at this moment. That should stop! I am over it. Where do they get my information and get the right to consistently phone me.
