Confident, respectful and helpful staff
Confident, respectful and helpful staff. I was however unhappy with debit order being deducted after we concluded and confirmed a new date. It's left me with a charge on my account because the debit order bounced.

When you spoke to our consultant to make an alternative payment arrangement, a debit order had already been submitted to the bank and was therefore unfortunately unable to be stopped. You should, however, have been made aware of this at the time, and I sincerely apologise for the oversight.
Please note that the arrangement made with the consultant is active, and your next premium will only be deducted in October.
