I was very pleased with the caring and understanding of the consultant Rose. She was sensitive to my situation and took it in her stride to make me feel comfortable. It's nice to see consultant's can still be human as so many see people as numbers for the good of the companies. Thank you Platinum Life for impeccable service always.
