Chryanthea took my call yesterday when I phoned Platinum Life, and it was such a pleasure to deal with her, I was anxious as I had a lot of personal things happening, but speaking to her was such a delight.. She was professional and calm and immediately helped with my query at hand... I was expecting to be held up for atleast 10 min but it was resloved in less than 5minutes... Thats what I call service.
