Change of banking details

Annemarie responded to a query that I submitted via the Platinum Life website within minutes after submitting. She was precise and helpful with regards to what documentation they require in order to assist me with switching my debit order to a new bank. Within a few minutes after submitting the documents to her she responded that the switch was completed succesfully.
