I’m am so grateful for the service I received from Chabi, she is a gem, at the beginning of the call when I realized the call was prom platinum life after I had requested to cancel my policy the previous week, I had my strict persona hat on together with rehe****d answers but Chabi not only convinced me not to cancel but she also tailored the policy to suit my budget, I mean we spoke like old friends And it hit me right there and then than should I ever be diagnosed with cancer this is the person I would want to tell first. Her ability to connect with a client at their level is just amazing, I wish she was assigned to be the only lady who ever calls me from platinum life❤️❤️
