Causing massive financial issues for me
Impossible to cancel policy. Keep repeating I can no longer afford it, now they are trying to take money that's not there and causing my bank to charge me penalties which is making things worse! Please CLOSE MY POLICY ASAP! I cannot afford it! Acc ***.
