Cancer Policy ****
My mother was recruited to get a policy from them and at that time their "Cancer Policy" is what we really were interested in cause it has just dawned on us that our family has a history of cancer and we wanted to plan ahead right.Well Mom signed the papers and paid her premiums monthly until her passing.Well my mother was diagnosed with "multiple mailoma" bone marrow cancer and during that time I was focused on taking care of her and not running after Platinum Life insurance company.Only after my mother's passing do they say to me that their cover is only for certain women type cancer not bone marrow cancer.Well can anyone ever choose the type of cancer that they get?And that was their response to me.Personal I feel that they should inform their clients of this condition in their cover before making a sale.We paid the premium from 2013 only to be informed in 2019 that they don't cover bone marrow cancer
