Cancelled Premium still going off my account
<p>I SENT THROUGH A EMAIL RIGHT AS MARCIA ACKERMAN SENT ME THE POLICY DOCUMENTS - I REP**** BACK STATING I DONT WANT THIS POLICY!!! BUT NOW THIS 1 JULY I GOT DEBETED FOR R192.25 AFTER I SAID I DONT WANT THIS PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY DO THIS ON PURPOSE - THE ARE A BUNCH OF THEIVES - YOU WILL NEVER HERE FROM THEM AGAIN ONCE THEY HAVE TAKE YOU MONEY!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

As discussed with you telephonically your policy has been cancelled as requested.
When your policy was cancelled your debit order was already submitted to the bank and it was hence too late to stop it from going off your bank account.
A refund for the premium debited on the 1st of July will be paid to you in due course.
