CANCELLATION

Good day I would like to query my policy with regards to the amount being debited is not the amount we agreed to my first account was an amount of two hundred and sumthing then received call from lady who added extra things to my policy advised that my policy would be 333.00 but now my debit order is 542.00 if am correct that is the reason I would like to understand and if don't receive response by end of business today would like to cancel and I would like my money back ............. When I was introduced to this policy last year I advised you consultants that will start in May to debit my account but will have to decide before to make a final decision regarding this policy I received call again from one of your guys wanting to confirm debit date advised that I have decided as yet but you guys debited my account any way after months checked my statement saw that you debiting my account later received call from the above later I mentioned advising me of other benefits I said ok if will be 33.00 difference but looking at my statement you guys debiting almost R600.00
